Job Summary

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in insurance claims processing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claim procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., CII or equivalent)
- Experience in health, motor, or general insurance claims
