- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies
- Analyze project drawings and specifications
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Manage tendering and procurement processes

- Prepare interim valuations and payment certificates
- Handle contract administration and claims

🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management
- Professional certification (optional but preferred) such as RICS or AIQS
