Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression and ensure smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle inquiries from clients, guests, and employees
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required
- Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk executive
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service-oriented attitude
