We are seeking a highly experienced Fire Training Officer to join a leading aviation/fire & rescue services environment in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for senior professionals with extensive experience in airport firefighting, training, and emergency response leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver classroom and practical training in aircraft & structural firefighting, rescue operations, and emergency medical response
-Develop and manage training programs and maintain personnel training records
-Conduct training on fire suppression techniques, hazardous materials, and disaster response
-Train teams on aircraft familiarization, airport layouts, and emergency procedures
-Lead physical training sessions to ensure operational readiness
-Coordinate training with internal teams and external agencies
-Provide instruction in arson investigation, safety protocols, and rescue techniques
Requirements:
-Minimum 15 years of experience in fire/rescue services
-At least 12 years in a supervisory role
-Minimum 8 years in a full-time training role
-Experience in Category 9 airport operations preferred
-Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire safety regulations
-Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
-Valid heavy vehicle driving license

-NFPA 1021 (Officer Level III), NFPA 1041 (Instructor Level IV), NFPA 1003, NFPA 472
Ideal Candidate:
-Experience as Airport Crew Chief (5 years) or Station Captain (1 year)
-Strong leadership and training capabilities
-Ability to manage high-risk emergency scenarios
