📝 Job Description:

We are currently hiring a skilled and responsible Pushback Equipment Operator to join a leading aviation ground handling team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient pushback of aircraft, ensuring strict compliance with airport safety and operational procedures.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pushback tractors to move aircraft safely from the gate

• Coordinate with ground crew and cockpit staff during pushback operations

• Perform pre-operation equipment checks and ensure proper functionality

• Follow all airport safety regulations and standard operating procedures

• Maintain communication with control teams via radio systems

• Report any technical issues or safety concerns immediately

• Ensure timely and efficient aircraft movement to avoid delays

🎯 Requirements:

• Previous experience in aviation ground handling (mandatory)

• Experience operating pushback or heavy ground support equipment preferred

• Valid UAE Driving License (required)

• Knowledge of airport safety procedures and regulations

• Good English communication skills

• Physically fit and able to work in shifts (including nights)

• Strong attention to safety and teamwork
