Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packing operations and assign tasks to packing staff
- Ensure products are packed according to company standards and customer requirements

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and shipment preparation
- Maintain packing materials inventory and minimize wastage
- Train and guide workers on packing procedures and safety practices

- Track productivity and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Resolve operational issues and improve packing efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
- Proven experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Experience in a supervisory or foreman role
