Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in managing on-site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor site progress and report updates to senior engineers or project managers
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
- Maintain quality control and ensure safety standards are followed
- Perform site measurements and prepare reports/documentation
- Help resolve technical issues that arise during construction
- Ensure materials are used efficiently and reduce wastage
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage
