Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
- Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
- Receive and distribute mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable
