Job Summary
The Junior PRO (Public Relations Officer) supports the company in handling government-related documentation, approvals, and administrative procedures. The role requires strong Arabic communication skills to coordinate with government departments, clients, and internal teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing:
- Visa applications and renewals
- Labor cards and immigration documents
- Trade licenses and company permits
- Emirates ID / residency-related documentation (if UAE-based)
- Liaise with government authorities and public departments.
- Translate documents between Arabic and English when required.
- Maintain records of official documents and renewal dates.
- Support employee onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate attestation, notarization, and legal paperwork.
- Handle document submission and collection from ministries and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws.
- Prepare letters and official correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Support office administration and other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- 1–3 years of experience in PRO/government relations/admin roles.
- Knowledge of local government procedures and documentation.
- Valid driving license preferred (especially for Gulf countries).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
