Job Summary
The HR Recruiter – Real Estate is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate positions, including sales, marketing, administration, customer service, and operations roles. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely hiring to meet organizational manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for real estate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department managers.
Hiring Coordination
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms within company guidelines.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of new employees.
Database & Reporting
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Update recruitment reports and hiring status regularly.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure proper documentation and employee records.
Employer Branding & HR Support
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities when required.
- Maintain professional relationships with recruitment partners and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and recruitment standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior recruitment experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
