Job Summary
A QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects meet quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role involves developing quality procedures, conducting inspections, monitoring testing activities, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and quality plans
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and processes
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Review technical documents, drawings, and inspection reports
- Coordinate testing and inspection activities with contractors and consultants
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective/preventive actions
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
- Participate in audits, quality meetings, and site inspections
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project quality requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality performance tracking
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- 2–8 years of QA/QC experience preferred
- ISO 9001 or quality management certifications are an advantage
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial projects preferred
