Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety of swimmers and visitors at swimming pools or aquatic facilities. The Lifeguard will monitor activities, enforce safety rules, respond to emergencies, and provide first aid when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming areas to ensure the safety of all visitors.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and rescue situations.
- Provide first aid and CPR when required.
- Inspect pool areas and equipment to ensure safe conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool facility.
- Report accidents, incidents, and maintenance issues to management.
- Assist swimmers and provide guidance on pool safety.
- Conduct regular safety checks and emergency preparedness procedures.
- Support swimming events and activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Strong swimming and rescue skills.
- Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred.
- Good communication and observation skills.

Working Conditions
