The Marketing / Sourcing Executive is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and onboarding skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers to meet client and project requirements. The role focuses on manpower recruitment, candidate sourcing, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely mobilization of workers for various assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers based on client requirements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for urgent and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies, vendors, and sourcing partners.
- Conduct screening and initial verification of candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and sourcing records.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and selection processes.
- Ensure timely mobilization of selected candidates to project sites.
- Work closely with operations and HR teams for workforce planning.
- Support marketing activities to promote manpower services.
- Build and maintain relationships with sourcing channels and partners.
- Ensure cost-effective and timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manpower sourcing or recruitment.
- Experience in trade worker recruitment (skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled) is preferred.
- Knowledge of manpower supply or outsourcing industry is an advantage.
