Job Summary
The Time Keeper is responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records of workers deployed at various sites. The role ensures proper tracking of worker attendance, absences, and site manpower utilization. The position also supports HR and operations teams by providing timely reports and monitoring workforce presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance records of all site workers.
- Track worker absences and prepare detailed absence reports.
- Meet absent workers to understand reasons for non-attendance.
- Submit attendance and absence reports to HR and Admin departments.
- Identify idle or unassigned workers and report to Head Office and Site Supervisors.
- Coordinate with site supervisors for manpower deployment and attendance updates.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of workforce records.
- Support workforce mobilization and allocation activities.
- Maintain proper documentation related to attendance and compliance.
- Ensure minimal absenteeism through monitoring and reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, attendance systems).
- Ability to manage workforce data and reporting.
- Strong organizational and monitoring skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in workforce administration, attendance management, or site coordination.
- Experience in manpower supply / construction / outsourcing industry preferred.
