Job Summary
The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, café, hotel outlet, retail food outlet, or hospitality venue. Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day outlet operations.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff.

Customer Service

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
