Job Title: Catering Supervisor (Female – Arabic Speaker)
Job Summary:
The Catering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily catering operations, ensuring high-quality food service, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination between kitchen staff, service teams, and clients. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily catering operations and service staff
- Coordinate food preparation, setup, and service activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and guests
- Monitor hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Ensure timely delivery and proper presentation of food and beverages
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with procurement/kitchen departments
- Prepare daily reports and operational updates for management
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- GCC/UAE catering or hospitality experience is an advantage
