Job Title: Site Foreman – Aluminium & Glass
Job Summary
The Site Foreman – Aluminium & Glass is responsible for supervising on-site installation activities related to aluminium fabrication, glazing, curtain walls, doors, windows, and façade systems. The role ensures work is executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate aluminium and glass installation teams on-site
- Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and installation plans
- Ensure correct measurement, alignment, and installation of aluminium and glazing systems
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE on-site
- Manage manpower allocation and daily work planning
- Identify and resolve site issues or installation challenges
- Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and material usage logs
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certification in Civil, Mechanical, or related field
- Proven experience in aluminium fabrication and glass installation projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans
- Strong knowledge of installation methods for façades, curtain walls, and glazing systems
- Good leadership and team supervision skills
- Understanding of site safety standards and procedures

- Experience in large-scale commercial or high-rise building projects
