Job Summary
A Tile Mason is responsible for installing tiles on floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves surface preparation, tile cutting, alignment, grouting, and ensuring high-quality finishing according to project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and mark surfaces for tile installation
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives
- Cut and shape tiles using hand and power tools
- Install floor, wall, ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, or mosaic tiles
- Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of tiles
- Apply grout and sealants to complete installations
- Repair and replace damaged tiles when required
- Read construction drawings and follow project specifications
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas safely
- Ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards

Qualifications
