Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and software systems.
- Verify and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collect, organize, and manage information from various sources.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and records.
- Perform regular data quality checks and corrections when required.
- Scan, file, and manage physical and digital documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
- Retrieve and provide data as requested by management or departments.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- Follow company procedures and data management standards.
Required Skills:
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency and data management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and database systems.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Computer certification or data entry training is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or office support.
- Freshers with good computer skills are encouraged to apply.
