Role Summary
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating attractive and engaging product displays that enhance the customer experience, strengthen brand identity, and drive sales. This role ensures that merchandise is presented according to company standards and current marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement visual merchandising displays, window presentations, and in-store layouts.
- Ensure products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to maximize sales.
- Execute seasonal, promotional, and campaign-related visual merchandising plans.
- Monitor store appearance and maintain high visual standards.
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to optimize product placement.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to improve merchandising strategies.
- Ensure pricing, signage, and promotional materials are accurate and properly displayed.
- Conduct regular store visits and visual audits to maintain brand consistency.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail concepts.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar retail role.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and customer behavior.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, color, and detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design software knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of visual presentation techniques and space planning.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, furniture, or specialty retail.
- Ability to interpret sales reports and merchandising data.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Photography, graphic design, or styling experience is a plus.
