Job Overview
SEPAM is seeking experienced and highly motivated engineering professionals to join its Petrochemical Projects in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for qualified candidates with extensive experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects who can contribute to engineering excellence throughout the project lifecycle, from FEED to commissioning.

General Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline).
- 10β15 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Experience in both onshore and offshore projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FEED, detailed engineering, construction support, and commissioning.
- Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Senior Electrical Engineer β Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform electrical system studies, including Load Flow, Short Circuit, Arc Flash, and Voltage Drop analysis.
- Develop FEED and detailed engineering deliverables for electrical systems.
- Design electrical protection, control systems, substations, and power distribution networks.
- Prepare engineering man-hour estimates, project schedules, and progress reports.
- Execute equipment sizing, cable routing, cable schedules, and 3D model integration.
- Prepare technical specifications, Material Requisitions (MR), and Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
- Review vendor documents and recommend technically compliant solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and client specifications.
Senior Instrumentation Engineer β Key Responsibilities
- Lead instrumentation and control engineering activities for projects and proposals.
- Prepare instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, I/O lists, hook-up drawings, control schematics, and Cause & Effect matrices.
- Design and review PLC, DCS, SCADA, ESD, and Fire & Gas systems.
- Prepare Material Requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), and Material Take-Offs (MTO).
- Evaluate vendor proposals for technical compliance.
- Develop control philosophies and perform engineering calculations.
- Maintain engineering data using SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) and Aveva software.
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle (FEED to Commissioning).
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, execution, and risk management.
- Familiarity with international engineering standards and major clients such as Aramco, ADNOC, and SABIC.
- Proficiency in ETAP, SPI/Aveva, and 3D engineering tools such as E3D, SP3D, and PDS.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and engineering excellence.
