Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Set individual and team sales objectives and monitor performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize sales performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate leads and increase market presence.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals.
- Monitor and improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
