Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives and expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements to close new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, customer database, and CRM system.

- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's products and services.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates for management.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, proposals, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Industry experience relevant to the company's products or services is preferred.
