Key Account Manager – Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Key Account Managers to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in logistics, manufacturing, or trading companies and will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, coordinating operations across GCC countries, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, weekly follow-ups, and monthly business reviews.
- Monitor shipment KPIs, including on-time delivery, SLA compliance, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics and service partners across the GCC and MEA regions.
- Handle customs clearance documentation and regulatory requirements across GCC countries.
- Review partner invoices, obtain customer approvals, and coordinate with the finance team for timely processing.
- Manage customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Support onboarding of new customers, partners, and regional operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and ERP systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or trading companies is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance documentation across GCC countries.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent customer handling, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
