Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee all operations at a wood manufacturing facility and ensure efficient production, quality, safety, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
- Plan production schedules and monitor production targets.
- Supervise production, installation, maintenance, and support teams.
- Monitor product quality and maintain manufacturing standards.
- Control production costs, materials, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments.
- Manage workforce allocation, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in wood manufacturing, furniture, joinery, or carpentry production preferred.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates must currently be in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
