Job Overview
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing activities and ensure production targets, quality standards, and workplace procedures are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily wood production activities.
- Assign tasks and manage production workers.
- Monitor production schedules and output.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Factory Manager regarding production requirements.
- Monitor the use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Identify production problems and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain proper workplace organization and safety.
- Prepare production reports as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in wood manufacturing, furniture, joinery, or related industries preferred.
- Good team-management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
- Transferable Iqama required.
