Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Landscape to lead the successful delivery of multiple landscaping projects from mobilisation through execution, completion, and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead landscape projects from mobilisation through execution, completion, and handover.
- Develop project execution plans, programmes, budgets, and procurement schedules.
- Monitor project progress, costs, resources, and overall commercial performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage material proposals, shop drawings, RFIs, inspections, and approvals.
- Coordinate with Draftsmen and site teams to ensure timely preparation and submission of drawings.
- Monitor drawing approvals and resolve technical coordination issues.
- Oversee procurement activities, material availability, and timely delivery to project sites.
- Monitor project quality, HSE requirements, and engineering practices.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage variations, claims, and commercial issues.
- Monitor project invoicing, payment certificates, final accounts, and collections.
- Lead progress meetings and ensure effective project documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor and site-team performance.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Drive project close-out, handover, TOC, and O&M documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in landscaping projects.
- Strong UAE experience in landscaping and construction project management.
- Proven experience managing projects from execution through final handover.
- Strong knowledge of project budgets, procurement, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership, commercial management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of project documentation and construction processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Indian nationals preferred.
Compensation
Salary: Up to AED 20,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
