Position: Draftsman – Landscape

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Draftsman with strong UAE experience in landscape and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent AutoCAD and SketchUp skills and be experienced in preparing shop drawings, construction details, and as-built drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed landscape drawings, layouts, and construction details.
- Develop accurate shop drawings based on approved designs and project specifications.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings based on site conditions and completed works.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
- Read and interpret architectural/landscape drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Assist with measurements, material quantities, and BOQ requirements.
- Coordinate drawings and technical requirements with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.
- Revise drawings based on site requirements, design changes, and project instructions.
- Ensure drawings are technically accurate and issued within project deadlines.
- Maintain proper drawing records and revisions.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Draftsman.
- Previous experience in landscape or construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of landscape detailing and construction methods.
- Experience preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with project and site teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Indian or Sri Lankan nationality preferred.
