Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee café operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and managing cafés, with strong leadership skills and a focus on service quality, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure consistent service standards.
- Lead, train, and support café managers and operational teams.
- Monitor sales, operating costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Manage staffing requirements, work schedules, and team performance.
- Maintain product quality, beverage consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory control, and supplier requirements.
- Implement operating procedures and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend actions to improve performance.
Requirements
- Diploma degree or higher.
- Experience in operating and managing cafés within the coffee sector.
- Experience with leading café or coffee brands is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage costs, teams, and service quality.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
