Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control across façade, aluminium fabrication, glazing and installation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor work quality against approved drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare and review Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality documentation.
- Coordinate inspections with Project Managers, consultants and inspection teams.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date quality records.
- Review contractors’ monthly quality reports.
- Attend project quality meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
- Identify non-conformances and monitor corrective actions.
- Lead the QA/QC team and prepare quality performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the façade / aluminium industry.
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminium fabrication, glazing and installation procedures.
- Proven experience with Method Statements, ITPs and quality documentation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Strong leadership, coordination and reporting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, consultants and inspectors.
