Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead civil construction activities, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and ensure safe, timely delivery in line with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily civil construction activities and site operations.
- Supervise large teams and coordinate subcontractors.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections, permits and relevant authority requirements.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment requirements.
- Enforce site safety procedures and prepare progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 13–15 years of construction experience in the UAE, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, building codes and permit processes.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates on visit visas or cancelled visas are encouraged to apply.
