Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our tranquil wellness team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing therapeutic and relaxing treatments that exceed client expectations. You will have a deep understanding of anatomy and various massage modalities, a healing touch, and a commitment to promoting holistic well-being and relaxation for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, medical history, and desired outcomes for each session.
- Treatment Execution: Perform a wide range of massage therapy treatments to the highest standard, which may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, and Prenatal Massage.
- Customized Service: Tailor each treatment based on client feedback and personal assessment, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.
- Product Knowledge & Sales: Maintain expert knowledge of the oils, lotions, and products used during treatments. Professionally recommend follow-up sessions, home-care products, and wellness packages to support clients' ongoing well-being.
- Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean, sanitized, and restocked between clients.
- Professional Development: Stay current with the latest techniques and trends in the massage and wellness industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certified from a recognized school of massage therapy.
- Valid license/certification to practice in the UAE.
- Proven experience working as a Massage Therapist in a professional spa or clinic environment.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and different massage modalities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a calm, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
