Al Malihi Transporting & Contracting (AMTC) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Logistics / Workshop In-Charge to oversee our fleet and workshop operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage our large vehicle fleet, maintenance activities, and driver coordination to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise workshop operations and ensure timely maintenance and repair of 100+ company vehicles (heavy & light)
*Plan and oversee daily transport activities and fleet utilization
*Manage and lead a team of drivers, mechanics, and workshop staff
*Coordinate with project sites to ensure smooth logistics support
*Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory
*Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and Abu Dhabi transport regulations
*Collaborate with the procurement team for spare parts, fuel, and maintenance requirements
Requirements:
*Nationality: Arab Nationals
*Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (mandatory)
*3–10 years of UAE experience in workshop and logistics/fleet management (preferably in infrastructure, or transport sectors)
*Strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicles, machinery, and maintenance procedures
*Proven experience in Abu Dhabi with familiarity with local laws and practices
*Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
*Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE
