We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Fleet Manager (Maintenance Manager).
Position Overview:
This role is essential to oversee the maintenance, availability, and reliability of all fleet and lifting equipment. The Fleet Manager will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are implemented, OEM and Aramco requirements are met, equipment certifications are valid, and downtime risks are minimized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete vehicle and equipment lifecycle.
- Develop and execute strategic fleet planning.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance and reliability.
- Implement and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure full compliance with OEM standards and Aramco requirements (including Aramco General Instructions - GI).
- Maintain valid certifications for all fleet and lifting equipment.
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Nationality: Any
- Age: 30 - 40 years
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Vehicle Lifecycle Management, Fleet Planning, and KPI Monitoring.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities and excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills.
- Computer Literacy: Mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of related experience.
- Remarks: Aramco experience and knowledge of Aramco General Instructions (GI) is required.
