Pest Control Engineer (Sharjah)
Position: Pest Control Engineer / Technician

Mandatory Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on, practical experience in performing various pest control treatments (spraying, fogging, baiting, fumigation, etc.).
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Requirement:
- Possession of a valid Sharjah Municipality Pest Control Technician License.
Detailed Job Description:
We require a skilled and licensed Pest Control Engineer to execute a wide range of pest management services for our clients in Sharjah. This field-based role is focused on the technical delivery of services, ensuring effective treatment, client safety, and strict adherence to municipal regulations and company protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site pest control inspections and identify infestation types and root causes.
- Execute treatment plans using appropriate methods (insecticide spraying, rodent baiting, gel application, fogging, etc.) and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Apply chemicals and pesticides in strict accordance with label instructions, Sharjah Municipality regulations, and company HSE policies.
- Provide expert advice to clients on preventive measures and sanitation practices.
- Maintain accurate service reports, treatment logs, and chemical usage records as required by the company and municipality.
- Ensure all service vehicles and equipment are clean, properly maintained, and stocked.
- Uphold a professional image, demonstrating courtesy and respect to clients at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products, techniques, and safety regulations.

- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on skill in using pest control equipment and applying treatment methodologies.
- Safety-Conscious: Strong commitment to safe work practices, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and environmental safety.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) Sharjah Municipality pest control guidelines and licensing requirements.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors, handle equipment, and sometimes work in confined spaces.
- Customer Service: Good communication skills and a professional demeanor with clients.
- Licensing: A Sharjah Municipality license is a critical advantage and may be a prerequisite for employment.
