QA/QC Manager
Purpose: To establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System, ensuring all works comply with project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Conduct regular audits of processes, materials, and workmanship.
- Manage the non-conformance report (NCR) process, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Liaise with client and consultant representatives for inspections, material approvals, and handover documentation.
- Oversee material submittals and ensure all materials meet specified standards.
- Manage the project documentation control system for all quality records.
- Train site staff and subcontractors on quality requirements and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015).
- Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of international quality standards and relevant construction codes.
