HSE Manager

Purpose: To champion a culture of safety and environmental stewardship, ensuring full compliance with legal, corporate, and project-specific HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Project HSE Plan, emergency procedures, and safe work method statements (SWMS).
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments (JSA/HIRA).
Lead incident investigations, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and timely reporting.
Develop and deliver HSE induction and toolbox talk programs for all personnel.
Monitor compliance with all local HSE legislation and company policies.
Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and client HSE representatives.
Analyze HSE performance data and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
Recognized HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA).
Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in heavy construction, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
Extensive knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
