Service Advisor – European & Premium Cars
Location: Dubai
Position Overview:
A high-end European automotive service center in Dubai is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to handle service advisory for premium German and European vehicles. The ideal candidate should have experience in a service center dealing with luxury brands such as Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Land Rover, and Porsche, with strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical departments and customers .
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and providing detailed explanations of services and costs .
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate with workshop managers and technicians to prepare repair orders, schedule appointments, and ensure timely completion of repairs .
- Technical Translation: Translate customer concerns into standard repair terminology and explain technical issues in customer-friendly language .
- Insurance Processing: Process and record insurance claims, prepare accident quotations, and handle documentation for third-party claims .
- Quality Assurance: Prepare and submit weekly quality control reports to workshop managers and monitor return work trends to suggest improvements .
- Sales & Upselling: Promote and explain additional services, products, and maintenance plans. Identify opportunities to upsell services based on vehicle condition and customer needs .
- Documentation: Prepare detailed service orders including labor, parts, and charges. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service recommendations .
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a reputed, multi-brand automotive organization within the GCC .
- Brand Knowledge: Previous experience working with German or European vehicle brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, Range Rover, etc.), ideally with premium/luxury vehicles .
- Language: Native Arabic speaker is mandatory for this specific role .
- Location: Currently based in the UAE is mandatory .
- Skills: Strong automotive knowledge, excellent customer handling, and proficiency with computer systems used in automotive service management .
