About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Female Barista to join our vibrant team in the UAE. If you love crafting the perfect cup of coffee and creating memorable experiences for customers, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks to company standards
- Create beautiful latte art and maintain consistency in quality
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell products and promote specials or new menu items
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista, with strong coffee preparation and latte art skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Preferably available to join immediately
- Must be currently located in the UAE
