We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and energetic Beverage Manager to oversee our dining, bar, and lounge operations. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of food and beverage trends, with specialized expertise in managing a high-volume bar program, including cocktail creation, inventory control, and wine/spirits curation. You will be responsible for driving revenue, maintaining high quality standards, and leading our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Responsibilities
Beverage Program Management: Develop, maintain, and update drink menus, including hand-crafted cocktails, wine lists, and beer selections, ensuring they reflect current trends and complement the food menu.
Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory for all liquor, beer, wine, and food products, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to meet budgetary goals.
Operations Leadership: Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and special events to ensure high standards of quality, service, and safety.
Staff Training & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor bartenders and service staff on mixology, wine service, upselling techniques, and responsible alcohol service.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations and food safety standards.
Guest Experience: Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to improve performance and build loyalty.
Financial Performance: Monitor sales, prepare reports, and manage labor costs to maximize profitability.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with a proven track record in bar/beverage management.
Alcohol Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine, with the ability to train staff on product knowledge and service protocols.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems (e.g., Micros), and inventory tools.
Certifications: Valid alcohol service certification and food safety certification
