We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality & Asset Integrity Inspector to ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain asset integrity within gas industry operations. The ideal candidate will have strong inspection experience, relevant certifications, and a solid background in mechanical systems and welding inspection.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of mechanical equipment, pipelines, and structural components
- Perform asset integrity assessments to ensure safe and reliable operations
- Inspect welding activities and verify compliance with approved procedures
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards
- Monitor fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with project quality plans and international standards
- Perform NDT inspections as per certification level
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
- Participate in risk assessments and integrity management programs
- Support shutdown inspections and maintenance campaigns
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies and industry regulations
🔹 Requirements:
- Graduate Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience
- OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Gas Industry (mandatory)
- CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification (mandatory)
- ASNT Level II certification (mandatory)
- Fusion Jointing certification (highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of asset integrity and quality control standards
- Experience in oil & gas or pipeline projects preferred
🔹 Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ADNOC or similar gas sector projects
- Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, ISO)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
