Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Provide expert advice on life insurance products tailored to clients’ financial goals.
- Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs and recommend suitable coverage plans.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the UAE (insurance or financial services preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong networking and client acquisition skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
