The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring retail fit-out projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and resources.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports.
- Assist in procurement and material tracking.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Support site team with documentation and approvals.
- Maintain project records and correspondence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail or commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
