The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for retail fit-out projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge of interior fit-out works, and the ability to evaluate drawings and specifications to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for retail fit-out projects.
- Analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for technical clarifications.
- Prepare tender submissions and pricing breakdowns.
- Ensure timely submission of bids.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail fit-out estimation.
- Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, MEP, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in Excel and estimation software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
