The Technical Designer will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and production-ready documentation for retail interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical drawings.
- Translate concept designs into accurate working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai/KSA).
- Revise drawings based on site feedback and design changes.
- Prepare joinery details and construction documentation.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail fit-out technical design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of joinery and construction detailing.
- Knowledge of UAE/KSA authority approval standards is a plus.
