Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising architectural works on-site, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
- Supervise site execution of architectural works (finishes, blockwork, waterproofing, façade, etc.)
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project management teams
- Ensure compliance with approved materials and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
- Monitor subcontractors’ performance and productivity
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Experience in construction and real estate development projects
- Strong knowledge of finishing works and site supervision
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software
- Valid Iqama and driving license
- Maximum age: 30 years
