We are looking for a competent and proactive Electrical Engineer to manage and supervise electrical systems installation and execution across real estate development projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and time constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installations including power distribution, lighting systems, and low-current systems (CCTV, fire alarm, data, etc.)
- Review electrical shop drawings, load schedules, and material submittals
- Coordinate electrical activities with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in electrical construction works within development projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and installation standards
- Experience in managing site teams and subcontractors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid Iqama and driving license
- Maximum age: 30 years
