Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of assigned trade workers
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and instructions
- Monitor quality, productivity, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors
- Manage tools, materials, and manpower efficiently
- Resolve on-site issues related to workmanship
Requirements
- Proven experience in respective trade (Steel Fixing, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Tiling, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage site teams effectively
- Valid Iqama
- Maximum age: 30 years
