We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage project cost control, budgeting, and financial monitoring throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Develop BOQs in accordance with project drawings
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payments
- Prepare variation orders and cost analysis reports
- Assist in tender preparation and procurement processes
- Track material consumption and financial forecasting
- Support project management in financial decision-making
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- Experience in cost control within construction projects
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and estimation software
- Attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Valid Iqama and driving license
- Maximum age: 30 years
