The Planning Engineer will play a key role in ensuring effective project scheduling, monitoring progress, and supporting management in achieving timely project completion. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills and experience in construction project planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project
- Prepare baseline programs and update schedules regularly
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays
- Analyze critical path activities and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors
- Track manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
- Support claims preparation and delay analysis if required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience in project planning within construction sector
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Valid Iqama and driving license
- Maximum age: 30 years
